Diana and Dylan’s Bedford Post Inn Elopement was such a lovely, relaxed event.  The couple decided to celebrate their nuptials with just their immediate family in attendance, creating the perfect intimate environment for their elopement-style wedding.  They chose one of my favorite places, the charming Bedford Post Inn, as their venue.  This quaint property is located about an hour outside NYC and is the perfect spot for a micro-wedding or elopement.

The Bedford Post Inn Elopement began with Diana getting ready with her mom and sister.  After a quick first look, Diana and Dylan explored the gorgeous property at the inn, taking portraits along the way.  They then said their vows in a field on the property, followed by cocktails around the inn’s reflecting pool.  I can’t tell you how nice it was to work with such a small and sweet group of people – the timeline was relaxed, and we simply went with the flow all day, allowing for a very candid, natural collection of photos.

The evening ended with a delicious dinner inside the Farmhouse dining room at the Inn.  Simple but elegant florals by Connie Ibrahim adorned the tables and family were treated to a phenomenal three course meal (as was I!).  Thanks D&D for having me along to photograph your wonderful day!
