Mary Kate and Jesse’s fall Natirar Wedding was an absolute joy to photograph! These two are so much fun and their entire day was filled with lots of laughter and excitement. Not to mention, they had the prettiest fall day for their Mansion at Natirar Wedding.
The morning began at Mary Kate’s childhood home in New Jersey, where she got ready with her family and bridesmaids (and their adorable dogs!). She chose a classics gown by Anne Barge and a white and pink bouquet. Jesse, the groom, came by the house and the couple had their first look on the home’s wrap-around porch. I loved photographing at Mary Kate’s family’s gorgeous home – not only was the property stunning, but it’s always so special to create photos in a space that has meaning to the couple.
We then headed to St. Teresa’s of Avila Church for the ceremony. This massive church with its white walls and stain glass is a joy to photograph in! After the couple said their vows, we raced to the reception space, arriving at The Mansion at Natirar just in time to catch the sun before it set behind the surrounding mountains. Natirar is one of my favorite properties for photos – it boasts a stunning 1920’s mansion as well as epic views of the surrounding countryside. We were so fortunate to catch the sunset and were able to create some of my favorite portraits in the magic hour light.
As we finished up portraits, the guests enjoyed cocktails as the colorful sunset lit up the late autumn sky. We all then headed into the stunning Natirar wedding reception space, which had been decorated in pink and gold by Jardiniere Fine Flowers. The couple was introduced as husband and wife and everyone danced the night away to the sounds of the Kevin Osborne Band!
