Elizabeth and James’ Shenorock Shore Club wedding was the perfect example of a relaxed, stylish, summer soiree! The Rye, New York beach club where they celebrated their wedding has a laid back, summer vacation vibe that that served as the ideal backdrop for this fun loving couple. Plus, they brought their two adorable yellow labs for portraits, so you know my dog-loving heart was happy!
The day began at Elizabeth’s family home, where I was immediately welcomed by her two sweet pups who gave me and my camera gear the sniff down (which I obviously loved). Elizabeth chose a simple but classically elegant gown by Theia and opted for a natural beauty look that perfectly matched the vibe of the day. Her blue and white florals by Blooming Buds perfectly accented the light blue gowns she chose for her bridesmaids.
After the ceremony at the gorgeous Rye Presbyterian Church, we all headed back to Shenorock Shore Club for photos. We were so lucky to have the most stunning cotton-candy sunset over the water as our backdrop. Elizabeth and James barely had to pose for any photos, a simple walk on the beach was all we needed to capture the moment perfectly! Everyone then headed into the reception, which Blooming Buds had decorated perfectly with colorful spring florals and gold accents. The bride and groom danced the night away to the sounds of Silver Arrow Band!
