A LIFE-CHANGING TRIP
This winter I got to live out a life long dream of going on an African Safari. Seeing wild lions, elephants and leopards (to name a few), all from the back of an open truck was truly exhilarating. From a photographer’s perspective, it doesn’t get much better. We spent the majority of the time in Sabi Sands game reserve, which is adjacent to Kruger National Park in South Africa. The animals move freely across thousands of square kilometers with little intervention from humans. We also spent some time in rainy Zimbabwe seeing giraffes and in the arid Namib Desert in Nambia, searching for desert wildlife. Seeing these majestic animals in their natural environments is an experience I’ll never forget!
